12 oz buffalo wing sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup Squatters Bier
Salt and black pepper, to season
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
2 packages (16 oz) frozen tater tots
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
Heat oven to 450° F. Add buffalo sauce, honey, garlic powder and beer to a large skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Add chicken, stir to combine, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Arrange tater tots on a baking sheet and bake until crispy and golden, tossing a few times, about 20-30 minutes.
Combine buffalo chicken and tater tots in a 12-inch cast iron skillet or baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese and bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle green onions and blue cheese over top. Serve with Squatters Bier and enjoy!
